Lian - Mom of a 9-year-old with picky eating

"I wanted to let you know what a difference your teaching has made to our son Simon's eating habits. We kept up with your methods and he is now eating so many more foods. We've been able to add veggie dogs, veggie chicken nuggets, multiple types of potato/fry options, and most amazingly, baby carrots, snap peas, cucumber, and corn on the cob!  He's also far more willing to try everything on our plates. It truly feels like a miracle."

Having a child with feeding difficulties can feel very lonely and isolating.

But you're not alone.

"From Mealtime Stress to Success" is taught by Nicola Pratt, Feeding Therapist & Speech-Language Pathologist

Hi there! I’m Nicola, and I’ve spent more than 25 years supporting kids and families on their feeding journeys. I’m all about helping children and families move toward enjoying food and mealtimes together. I work with kids of all ages including babies, toddlers, big kids, teens and even a few adults!

My approach is sensitive, relationship-focused, and rooted in respect for a child’s autonomy, self-regulation, and individual feeding differences.

With parent education and guidance, families feel more confident, capable, and empowered to support their child’s feeding needs.

I’m here to help you make mealtimes feel better for everyone.
